Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Policy At Podal Flow System, we are committed to providing you with exceptional care and dedicated time for your foot health and beauty treatments. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both our clients and service provider, we ask that you review and adhere to our policy below. 1. Notice of Cancellation & Rescheduling Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule through phone, text, email, or our online booking system. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your scheduled appointment will incur a Late Cancellation Fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Rescheduling Credit: If you reschedule and complete your appointment within 5 days of the original date, your paid 50% Late Cancellation Fee will be applied directly toward your service balance. Note: This courtesy applies to one-time adjustments and cannot be used for repeated rescheduling. 2. Late Arrival Policy We strive to keep every appointment running on time to deliver the full, relaxed experience you deserve. 10-Minute Courtesy: If you are running late, please notify us immediately. We will place a courtesy call/message to check in on you at the 10-minute mark. 15-Minute Cutoff: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled to prevent overlapping with subsequent clients. A $50 Late Fee will be charged, and you will be required to reschedule your appointment online for a future date. 3. No-Show Policy If a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, it will be documented as a "No-Show." All No-Shows will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service cost. 4. Emergency Cancellations We understand that true emergencies happen. Exceptions to cancellation or late fees may be made for genuine personal emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the business owner. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises. 5. Frequent Cancellations / Rescheduling Clients with a pattern of frequent late cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows may be required to prepay in full (100%) for all future bookings.
